Volunteer in the garden

There is no work requirement in Lakes and Valley CSA. Members are welcome to come and work alongside the garden crew. We won't promise to dance as exuberantly as we did after the chickens were moved onto pasture last spring, but we will let you get wet and dirty. And have a good time. And send you home with surplus veggies. And guarantee you'll sleep well that night.

Please let us know when you want to come so we can prepare enough food and drink. Meals are communal in the garden. Dress for the weather and activity. Children are welcome because a garden adventure can create lasting and positive memories. Pets must be leashed.

Harvest Mondays and Thursdays are when we especially love to have helpers. We can also use extra hands in June when we are transplanting.

We are happy to share gardening advice, and give tours by appointment.
